The 𝟮 𝗦𝗶𝗸𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 is a prestigious infantry regiment of the Indian Army, known for its bravery, valor, and rich history. They handholded the Gutli Collection movement by gifting us 7500 Mango Seeds .

All the officers and Subedar Mr Narinder singh arranged and collected the Gutlis from everybody in the 𝟮 𝗦𝗶𝗸𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 located at 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

All the mango Gutli donation will be a big support for the environment and the farmers.

𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙠𝙚𝙮 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 2𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙞𝙠𝙝 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩:

1. Raised in 1846 as the 2nd Regiment of Sikh Infantry, it is one of the oldest regiments in the Indian Army.
2. The regiment has participated in various campaigns, including the Anglo-Sikh Wars, World War I, World War II, and the Indo-Pakistani Wars.
3. The 2nd Sikh Regiment has received numerous honors and awards, including the Battle Honor “Punjab” and the Theater Honor “North West Frontier”.
4. The regiment’s motto is “Nische Kar Apni Jeet Kardoon” which means “I will win my own battle”.
5. The regimental insignia features the Khanda, a symbol of the Sikh faith, and the numeral “2” in the Gurmukhi script.
6. The 2nd Sikh Regiment has a strong tradition of military excellence, discipline, and loyalty, and is highly respected in the Indian Army.

The 2nd Sikh Regiment is a proud symbol of the Sikh community’s contribution to India’s military heritage and a testament to their bravery and sacrifices.
