On the auspicious occasion of the visit of Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Shri Nischalananda Saraswati Ji Maharaj, the Peethadheeshwar of Govardhan Math, Puri, the national general secretary of Anand Vahini, Mrs. Nibha Prakash, organized a press conference at the Kolkata Press Club.
Addressing the media, she announced that Gurudev will arrive at Shalimar Railway Station, Kolkata, by the Shri Jagannath Express on the morning of the 18th. She further informed that a Dharma Sabha (religious gathering) has been scheduled for 5:00 PM on the 19th at the Dhan Dhanya Auditorium. During the gathering, Gurudev will answer questions from devotees on various aspects of Sanatan Dharma. She noted that this will be the first time a Dharma Sabha led by the Shankaracharya is being organized in the city of Kolkata. She extended an invitation to everyone to attend the event and expressed hope that it would become the largest gathering of followers of Sanatan Dharma in West Bengal.Also present at the press conference along with Mrs. Nibha Prakash were her associates Subhash Agarwal, Shambhu Nath Jha, and Shreya Nath.
